Quanta is a six-voice granular synthesizer available for iOS11+ in standalone mode with Inter-App Audio support and as an AudioUnit V3 plugin. The iPad version is fully compatible with the macOS and Windows full versions of Quanta, offering a comprehensive user experience.  <li>Multi-Format Sample Loader: Quanta supports a variety of formats including AIFF, WAV, Broadcast WAV, FLAC, MP3, and Ogg across different sample rates, bit depths, and channel configurations.</li>
 <li>Grain Engine: Users can manipulate up to 100 simultaneous grains per voice with precise control over various parameters like rate, pitch, direction, shape, length, panning, source position, and level.</li>
 <li>Sidecar Oscillator: This feature offers continuous wave shape modulation with independent pitch control that can be integrated into the grain engine.</li>
 <li>Noise Source: The noise source feature includes a "color" control for tonal adjustments and the option to inject it directly into the grain engine.</li>
 <li>Dual Multi-Mode Filters: Filters with lowpass, highpass, bandpass, and notch options in serial or parallel modes are available in both 2-pole and 4-pole configurations.</li>

The synth also includes four Flexible Envelope Generators (FEGs) with advanced functions like curve control and tempo sync and two Flexible Low-Frequency Oscillators (FLFOs) with versatile waveform options. Additional features like Sample And Hold modulation source, customizable Modulation Matrix, Tuning Tables with Global Tuning Offset adjustment make Quanta a powerful sound design tool.

The synth’s XML-based preset manager and resizable Retina GUI enhance user convenience and visual experience across various systems. With support for cross-platform preset formats and per-instance customization options, Quanta offers flexibility in sound creation and sharing among users.
